We offer Free Shipping on orders above $50 CAD before taxes! We do our best to get your orders out within 7-15 business days and from when the order was placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Shipping Rates are higher and slower than usual. Thanks for understanding 🖤
Mood Revival is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for US or International orders.
We do our best to ensure that our products are packed to prevent damages. However, accidents happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare case this happens, please contact email@example.com with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will do our best to make it right.
Mood Revival unfortunately does not offer exchanges
• Return packages must be postmarked within 15 days of the order delivering to you. Returns postmarked after this time frame are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted
• Mood Revival does not cover the cost of return shipping for any returns.
• Option 1: You may use an insured postal carrier to return your items back to us at your own expense to the address below: Please make sure to pay for the tracking option when shipping out your parcel to us.

• Please note: Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance
• No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price. Exchanges are not permitted on international orders
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise, do not meet our return policy mentioned above will not be accepted
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached
• Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packaged in a separate box, shipping mailer or polybag
• Beauty & Wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken
• Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded
• Mood Revival reserves the right to limit or refuse service to customers that show excessive return activity, which is defined as: (i) CA$2500 of returns in a 12-month period, (ii) CA$1500 of returns in 6-month period. Return rate is calculated as the dollar amount of returns over the relevant period divided by the dollar amount of purchases over the same period. Customers that fall within the above criteria will be subject to a modified return policy, which may include but is not limited to, ineligibility for free returns, returns to store credit only, refusal of orders, and disqualification or pause of our loyalty program benefits

Refunds can take up to 21 days to be issued once the return is received. Please know we aim to process all returns and issue refunds as quickly as possible! You will receive a confirmation email once process is complete.
